Send us the listing and the seller's contact. We arrange the appointment, verify the item matches the listing, send you photos on the spot and complete the pickup. You pay the seller directly or through us.
Standard pickup in central Madrid: €15 (items that fit in a car). Large items or two-person jobs: €35. Photo and video verification included. Onward shipping: the carrier's actual cost.
We check condition, basic functionality and that the item matches the listing photos. If something doesn't add up, we tell you before any money changes hands.
We keep your purchase free for 30 days. Accumulate several purchases and ship them together in one parcel, or request immediate shipping to any country.
