Running a vacation rental in Madrid while living in another country is possible, but you need boots on the ground. We act as your local team: we hand over keys, welcome guests, coordinate cleanings and solve incidents.
In-person check-in and check-out of your guests, with key handover and a walkthrough of the flat. We coordinate cleaning between stays with your team or ours. For incidents (a lock, a breakdown, a guest with problems), we go ourselves: you manage the booking, we handle the ground.
In-person check-in or check-out: €35 per service. Cleaning coordination: €15 per stay plus cleaning cost. Incident resolution: €45/hour. Host plan (up to 8 services per month): €249/month. Host plan pro (up to 20 services per month): €549/month.
