We collect the boxes at your office or receive them at our warehouse. We scan every document, classify it by your criteria and generate a digital archive with coherent folder structure and naming. We deliver the archive on an encrypted drive or secure cloud upload. Originals are returned, kept in custody or destroyed with a certificate, as you decide.
Scanning and indexing: €0.15 per page. Box pickup in Madrid: €29. Encrypted drive delivery: €25. Originals custody: €9 per box per month. Confidential destruction with certificate: €12 per box. Minimum project: €150.

Depends on volume: a standard box (about 2,500 pages) usually takes 3-5 working days. For large archives, we plan in phases.
