Inheriting a home in Spain when you live in another country is an enormous logistical problem: it has to be cleared, decisions made about decades of belongings, and prepared for sale or rental. Our full service takes care of everything: photographic inventory, appraisal, sale of valuables, donation or removal of the rest and final cleaning. You receive a report and a bank transfer.
We make a complete photographic inventory of the home and send it to you: you decide what to keep. What you want to keep we pack and ship to your country, or store in our warehouse.
Furniture, antiques, jewelry, books and tableware we appraise and sell through antique dealers, auctions and specialized platforms. The rest we donate to charities with a certificate or take to recycling centers.
At the end we hand over the home empty and clean, ready to sell or rent, along with a detailed report of everything sold, donated and removed, and a transfer of the sale proceeds minus our commission.
Sales commission — 25% of the amount sold (minimum €500). Clearance and removal — from €900 for a 2-bedroom apartment (fixed quote after a visit or video call). Final cleaning — €250. In most cases the sales cover much or all of the service cost.
No. With a power of attorney (which we help you prepare in your country) we can act on your behalf for the entire process.
Everything personal is always set aside and shipped to you — never sold or destroyed without your express authorization.
