Spanish auctions — art, antiques, property or vehicles — hide extraordinary opportunities, but participating from abroad is complicated: Spanish catalogues, in-person inspections, deposits and tight deadlines. Our team represents you: we inspect the lot, advise you on the real price and bid with discipline up to your limit.
We visit the preview exhibition, inspect the piece or property, and send you a report with detailed photographs, condition and our assessment of a fair price. You set the maximum limit.
On auction day we bid on your behalf — in person or online — following your strategy, without getting carried away by the excitement of the room. We sign a contract with your limit in writing.
We manage payment, documentation, export permits if needed, and packing and shipping to your country. If you lose, you only pay the representation fee.
Inspection and report — €150 per lot (deducted if you win). Representation and bidding — 8% of the hammer price (minimum €250). Property auctions — 1.5% (minimum €1,500), includes registry and encumbrance review.
Any auction in Spain: art and antiques houses, judicial auctions, Social Security and tax office auctions, and specialized online platforms.
We sign a representation contract with your maximum limit in writing. Our commission is a fixed percentage, so we have no incentive to inflate the bid.
