Our price has two parts: a fixed handling fee per parcel and the carrier's actual shipping cost. The calculator shows both for every country and weight bracket, plus an estimate of duties and import tax.

Duties & import tax
Paid by the recipient on arrival, typically €5–€25 (of the declared value).
Estimates for the parcel services we normally book. Before we ship, we tell you the carrier's real price and you approve it. Bulky, hazardous and oversized parcels are quoted separately.
Handling: receipt at our address, notification, storage, photos on request, repacking with protection and handover to the carrier. Shipping: exactly what the carrier charges, with no markup. We give you the real price before shipping and you approve it.
Carriers charge in brackets: up to 2, 5, 10, 20 and 31.5 kg. A 5.2 kg parcel costs the same as a 10 kg one, so lighter packaging or splitting the shipment sometimes pays off. Large, light parcels are charged by volumetric weight.
Sending four orders separately overseas can cost three times as much as one consolidated shipment. We combine your parcels and you pay for one shipment.
There are no customs inside the EU. Outside the EU, most countries charge import VAT and, depending on the goods, duties on the declared value plus shipping. The calculator's estimate is a guide range.
Iran, Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Syria and Cuba are on EU or US sanctions lists. We don't accept these shipments, not even through an intermediate address.
No, they are estimates for the carriers we normally use. Before shipping we give you the real price and you approve it.
Yes. Send us the label, we attach it and hand the parcel over. You only pay handling.
From 20 to 31.5 kg handling is €35. Above that it is freight and we quote it separately.
Shipments include the carrier's liability. For higher values we can book additional insurance.
