Prohibited or dangerous goods, or shipments to countries under international sanctions. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are paid by the recipient.

Within the EU usually 2 to 5 business days; outside the EU it depends on the carrier and customs.
No monthly fee: €4 per scanned letter, €20 per parcel received and €35 for very heavy parcels one person cannot carry alone. If we forward something, you also pay the actual shipping cost.
